If you're a fan of the sport, an aspiring coach or just someone who loves to learn from people at the top of their profession, LetsRun.com's recent Track Talk with Fayetteville-Manlius (NY) head coach Bill Aris is something you need to listen to.

Aris has led the F-M girls team to four straight Nike Cross Nationals titles, producing some of the best teams in national history, while establishing himself as one of the premier coaches in the past 30 years.  In his talk with LetsRun, Aris covers a variety of topics, including his training principles, talking about some of the best athletes he's coached (including current 4:05 miler Alex Hatz), the Stotan way, and much more.

The interview is 90 minutes long, but it is well worth the listen.  If you check out one piece of information about the sport today, make sure it's this.
